3. For the privacy and members' own security, we encourage our members not to disclose their contact details at first stage of their contact with other members of this website, as this is a free messaging website you may contact your other members once you know about them.

On any occasion when you were contacted by other members of website and disclose their details to them, nightoutboys will not be responsible for any dispute or strange situation occured between two members. Such members should not contact nightoutboys in such circumstances to resolve such issues.

5. Why do we need:

REALNAME: We sometimes need to contact members by post and when we send you newsletter or any site updates we would like to call you from your real name instead of your fiction name. However, we understand some people do not want to give their real name but we gaurantee we do not disclose any information to other parties at any time.
